MaynardYesterday, I felt like testing my brand new skydiving platform. So I checked out the map for a nice, remote, rez-friendly parcel, teleported there and rezzed my skydiving platform with elevator. After some 1000m basic jumps I went up to 4000 meters, checked out the texturing capabilities of the platform and played around a bit with the sizing. Suddenly, Liliane sent an IM and since she is afraid of heights, we decided to hang around the nearby beach on my rezzable personal table Sorry, no images this time! MaynardA few days ago, we (Seren, NightBreed and me) decided it would be a good idea to celebrate Night’s birthday, and after 2hours of doing a lot of weird shit - including the riding of pink pigs, dwarfifications, strange missiles and a big, pink flying pussy (!) - we broke out the big stuff: “party in a box” and “band in a box” to start a nice “we sit in egg chairs, shoot rockets and eat cake” session! MJAYFirst i have to say thanks to Maynard for that perfect harmony in cooperation *smile. Second life is a big virtual world where you can be, what you want to be. For me, it is the best way to communicate with others. It tooks a long time, to find out all functions and opportunities. But the most difficult is, to find people, what are near you in real life. I’m in SL over 2 years now and it took half a year to find talkative austrian people. I had nearly one year more english people to talk, than austrian. (But the profit was, my english is now a little bit better, than before, i hope *lol*) They come when you least expect it. It was the first time last week, that i met a girl, who lives in my town. *jump
In real life i’m a “networker”, communication is the most important for me. So i hope, i have enough time to talk to you here in maynard’s blog.

MaynardI’ve started to play around a bit with the capacities of SL for creating own content. At first, I’ve made some shirts just for trying out and soon, I will provide you with some nice upper body tattoos and maybe - in the near future - with sculpties (belts, coat parts, boots, …) for you to texture. Serendipidyon the first day god created day and night, on the second he made land and water. well to cut it short he was busy until sunday, then leaned back and relaxed but we all know the story. the real news is that that whole creation thing was obviously pretty inspiring and so linden labs thought “hey, let’s do that too”. sooo, i probably have to start from here again by saying on the (idk which day) linden labs separated midnight from midday and sunrise from sunset and well, yes, we now create ourselves and continue the myth in our own ways =) Related posts |
